HELEN

FOREST SCHOOL LEADER

ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Helen and I’m a Forest School Leader.

I like all things arts and crafts. I love painting, drawing and finding unusual ways to make art in the woods. I also love using tools and making things out of wood. I’m currently learning lots about foraging -finding yummy things to eat in the outdoors for free!

I don’t like messy wool or untidy rope. I’ve been known to sit for hours untangling the contents of the wool basket!

I usually use a soft voice to communicate. I don’t like to shout but do love a good wolf howl to get everyone back to the log circle.

I’m dyslexic which means I’m basically rubbish at spelling and reading things can take me a little longer than some people. It does however give me a great imagination and makes me very creative.

I don’t like to raise my voice so it really helps if you don’t talk when I’m talking.
